The main home can accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Bedrooms include a first floor master with queen bed and a second floor bedroom with twin over twin bunkbeds. Additionally, there is a common area space on the second floor that has a twin trundle bed. Also in the main home are a comfortable living room, open dining and kitchen area and a full bathroom with a shower.

The guest suite over the garage can accommodate up to 6 people. The space is entirely open with two queen beds with twin beds above. The kitchen is modern and offers guests another space to prepare meals. There is a full bathroom in this unit. To access this unit, guests will need to travel up a set of stairs.

The guest suite features a heat pump with air conditioning for added comfort. In the main home, there is no air conditioning; however, fans are provided throughout to keep air circulating.
